Ciao ragazzi mi dispiace tanto di essere sparita in questi ultimi mesi, ma da una parte e' meglio, perche sono riuscita a prendermi un po' di tempo per me stessa e la mia famiglia.
Infatti ho cosi tante cose da raccontarvi che non saprei propio da dove comminciare...
Partirei dal fatto che mi siete tutti mancati e mi scuso ancora per la mia assenza, ma ho scoperto che quest'anno saro' Zia e non solo per una volta ma per ben 3volte!!!! lo soooooooo e SUPER verooo??! Non vedo l'ora di poter abbracciare queste tre principessine che verrano al mondo.
E non e' successo solo questo.... mio marito ed io ci siamo comprati una moto per andare in giro a fare delle nuove avventure, e l'estate scorsa abbiamo festeggiato il nostro primo anno di matrimonio, come ogni anno siamo andati in Italia per le vacanze, avventurandoci tra Milano, Roma ed Isola dell'Elba : ed è propio in questo bellissimo viaggio abbiamo adottato il terzo membro della nostra famiglia Cereda-Ratcliffe, dando il benvenuto a Zeus, un Husky di 4 anni che arriva anche lui come Thor dalla Bosnia, ma la sua storia ve la racconterò in un futuro post.
Vi racconto che è da quasi un'anno che ho un lavoro bellissimo che amo e mi soddisfa giorno dopo giorno, tutto ebbe inizio marzo 2016, iniziai a lavorare come venditrice di scarpe per una marca londinese che si chiama Kurt Geiger, pian piano mi fecci vedere sempre di più e fecci capire che avevo voglia di crescere e fare dei progressi nella compagnia, cosí ebbi la fortuna che fine Giugno 2016 mi venne offerto il posto da manager del piccolo negozio in cui lavoravo; mi sembro un sogno, non ci credevo, dopo solo 3 mesi la mia Area manager mi notò, noto' tutti i miei sforzi e tuto cio' che facevo per il meglio del negozio!!! Ragazzi non sapete che bello, è una grande, grandissima soddisfazione fare cio' che amo, e poter dimostrare quanto posso fare con le mie capacità. In questo periodo come manager ho imparato tanto, anzi, tantissimo, tra le cose che ho imparato ce l'essere piu' responsabile, e grazie a Kurt Geiger e le convention per i manager, sono più aggiornata su nuovi trend e le nuove mode, e quali sono i "must" e i "must not" nel vestirsi, che per il lavoro che faccio e importante poter consigliare ai clienti.Ho anche conosciuto persone magnifiche, che porto e porterò sempre con me.
Ragazzi che dire? Mi scuso ancora per essere sparita così in questi ultimi mesi, ma come potreste capire ora che vi ho raccontato un po' cio che e' successo, sono stata parecchio impegnata, ma ora spero e vi prometto perché ci provero' con tutta me stessa che sarò più presente e vi scriverò più spesso aggiornandovi.
Spero che abbiate passato un ottimo 2016 e che il vostro 2017 sia iniziato con il botto!! Auguri di Buon Anno anche se due mesi di ritardo ;)

Hey Hey Heyyyyyy !!!!
Hello guys I'm so sorry if I disapeared in the last few months, but on one and better side I took a bit of time for myself and my family.
In fact, I have so many things to tell you that I would not know where to propio comminciare ...
I would start from the fact that I missed you all and I apologize again for my absence, but I discovered that soon I'll be an auntie, not just once but for 3 times!!!! I'm soooooooo excited and is SUPER isn't it??! Can't wait to cuddle and have these three princesses in my arms.
Not only this happened .... My husband and I bought a motorbike to go around the world and have lots of adventures... Last summer we also celebrated our first year of marriage, like every year we went to Italy for our holiday, we travel between Milan, Rome and Isola d'Elba(beautiful Island of Italy, not many people know about it, but google it and you will love to go there). In this beautiful journey at Italy we have rescue the third member of our Cereda-Ratcliffe family by welcoming Zeus, an Husky 4 years that comes from Bosnia as Thor , but his story I will tell it in a future post.
I will tell you that it is almost a year that I have a great job that I love and satisfies me day after day, it all began march 2016 I started working as a sales assistant for a London shoes' designer called Kurt Geiger, slowly I see more and dregs more and dregs understand that I wanted to grow up and progress in the company, so lucky me at the end of June2016 I was offered the manager's position of the small shop where I worked; Was like a dream, I couldn't believe it, after only 3 months my area manager noticed me!!! Guys you have not idea how nice, it's s a great great satisfaction doing what I love, and be able to demonstrate what I can do and of what I'm capable of. In this time as a manager I have learned so much, in fact, I've learned a lot; I have learned to be much more responsible, I found a new point of view between customer and seller, and thanks to Kurt Geiger and the conventions for managers, I'm more up to date on new trends and new fashions and which are the "must" and "must not" in fashion, and for the work that I do is very important to advise customers in the right way
I also met wonderful people, that i carry and will always carry with me.
Guys what else to say? I apologize again for being gone in the last past months, but as you may understand now that I've told you, I was bit busy with everything that happened, but now I hope and I promise you that I'll try with my whole being that I will be more present and I will write more often.
I hope you all had a great 2016 and that your 2017 has begun with a boom!! Wishes you all the best for the New Year even if I'm 3 months late;)
